AUSUN INTERNATIONAL has been a professional and growing manufacturer in high quality information display systems. We offer a wide range of products like ITO touch screen, touch screen monitor, membrane switches and many other related services including product specification, design, manufacture and support.
With headquarter in Guangzhou, we have 2 touch screen factories and 1 membrane switch factory, covering as much as 20, 000 sq/ms, including 5000 sq/ms no dust clean room (100, 000 classes). There are more than 2000 workers, including more than 200 engineers and QC.
We have built our first factory in 1996, professional manufacture membrane switch. Now we are the biggest exporter of membrane switch in China. Our monthly productivity reaches as many as 1.2 million sets, 70 % of them are exported market. Our client list includes ZTE, SIEMENS; we won high reputation from so many famous companies.
Along with the development of our market, we expand our production line from membrane switch to touch screen and touch screen monitor. We have a very strict quality control to ensure the quality of our product, we also employ engineers from Japan and Taiwan, and all workers need to take pre-job training before engaging in their jobs. What′s more, we use advanced equipment, such as dry etching machine instead of traditional wet etching machine and we choose the high quality material such as Toyo and Autotype; all these ensure our fraction defective to the lowest in this field.
Our factory integrates intelligent sales personnel, professional engineers and skilled production workers. We are able to combine our knowledge of material, process and interface design to provide the best solution for different applications. We work collaboratively with our clients to deliver an end-to-end service from product conceptualization, design, manufacture and installation globally.
